Together is Better
Mar 12, 2019
SIPP, the Senior Inclusion and Participation Project, addresses social isolation and loneliness among older adults through an innovative, community-based approach. SIPP collaborates with local organizations and faith communities to identify, reach, and engage isolated seniors in intergenerational community events. Through providing opportunities to actively connect with others, SIPP improves both health and psychological well-being. |
