Last week, our District Governor Drew Markham visited our club and updated us on District initiatives. We also presented RVH a $5,000 cheque for their capital campaign.

What’s on Deck • July 28th-Meeting will be at Creative Nomad. We have a speaker-Christian Kamara from YMCA. • Aug 4th-Club Budget Vote • Aug 11th-John Currie and Emma Leigh from Honouring Indigenous People will be speaking to the club virtually.
Aug 18th-Tyler Holmes will be doing a Classification Talk.
Aug 22-Downtown Classic Car Show
Aug 25th- Rotary Golf Classic at Bonaire (afternoon event).
Important Reminders
Car Lottery sales are ongoing, Rotarians or members of their immediate household cannot purchase tickets, however you can share and promote the link: Orillia Car Lottery | Win a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited Club volunteers will be needed to sell tickets at Pirate Party at the Port of Orillia on Sept 5 and 6 (Labour day weekend).
Club volunteers will also be needed to help with the Walk the Plank Fundraiser at that same event-more to come.
Classic and Custom Car Show-August 22nd, volunteers still needed for day of event duties-please reach out to Kirsten Ross if you can help that day.
