Sargeant at Arms / HappyBucks
Sargeant at arms was Randy Klein .  But it really wasn't because he wasn't present and hadn't gotten a replacement.  ( Knowing Randy, I'm sure he was at Bob Carson's funeral).
Happy bucks:
$1 John Madden had enough of snow shovelling and is going to Cuba.  $2 from Nancy Welton who is going away for several weeks to Australia/New Zealand/L.A./Costa Rica/San Fran.  $1 from Rob Kloostra who is going to Florida ( beware those outlet malls ....), Mario paid a buck because contrary to John M he is loving the snow ( people buy boots from his store).  Dean paid his buck because he is happy he was able to Skype his daughter who is in India where it is extremely hot.
