Charter night is December 13, 2016, there will not be a lunch meeting that day....not sure if a gift exchange will be held...TBD

Ralph fined the following:

Entire board was fined for changing the rules of 50/50. We now draw cards, whomever draws the Queen of Spades wins the jackpot, the jokers are in the deck, and stay in if drawn. Each week the jackpot is raised if there is no winner from cards drawn. this week Reid drew the 3 of hearts and Toni drew the 4 of spades...so close but no cigar.

Nancy was fined for not having water in her glass for the toast.....in her defence the water jug was empty.
