Special Guest today is our favorite server from Highwayman Noreen, She was pleased to be invited to our luncheon and really wanted to say her goodbyes and especially how much she really loved being our server and all of us being so nice to her and how she really appreciated our appreciation of her and how much she really going to miss us, but she was a little too

shy to stand up and speak so this is for her.

Sarge and Happy Bucks

Dave Shaw is away studying sports trivia for next week but in his stead Mario has stepped up to fill his shoes. Mario starts off with a buck if you have not signed up for lobster duties and a buck if you have not yet paid for your tickets and a buck if you are Brian or Mario for being late and a buck to Marilyn for forgetting her sign up sheet a buck each for July Emery's table for talking over Laura ( and that is just a warm up fine, next time $5 ) and a buck if you enjoyed lunch. And with that finale I believe everyone in the room was fined.

Marilyn is happy to have a clean interior, thanks to cottage mobile cleaners who came to her driveway to do the work for a bargain $80. Doug is happy with a memorable vacation touring Ireland, Rick happy to have made it for lunch, Bill Darker happy to be back cause he missed all of us and Jane is happy with her personal shopper Tracy Wing who brings her groceries, and Ralph is a very, very happy with a new grandson who already takes after his grampa in some unmentionable way. And Nicole is happy with her recent weekend getaway with her husband at Algonquin Park.

Our speaker was Andrew Wingrove who is a very happy guy. After a rewarding career with Enbridge followed by a stint as a consultant he retired comfortably. However seeing an unusual opportunity inspired by Chinese consumption of Sea buckthorn berries where they are an ingredient in a refreshing drink why not in Canada., and why not mix it up with honey, cause he likes beekeeping and why not make it into a lotion or even a lip balm. So now he sells his locally made products , "bee by the sea" with direct marketing at fairs and markets. recently also marketed on line or through distributers. The result is a rapidly expanding business and a great success story. Andrew kindly brought along lip balm samples for everyone and hand creams which after sampling were snapped up by the ladies.
