Our February 17 meeting included Student of the Month awards and a presentation by Allie Bradford from the City of Orillia.
In Case You Missed It…
At our most recent meeting, it was a full house as we caught up on our Student of the Month presentations. We recognized our February students as well as our January students who were postponed due to poor weather.
Our guest speaker was Allie Bradford from the City of Orillia. The City is seeking our club's support for their summer concert series again this year.

This Tuesday’s meeting will take place offsite with a tour of Agilec and the Simcoe County Hub, located at 250 West Street North in Orillia.
Agilec is a community employment services organization that helps people prepare for work and supports employers in connecting with job seekers. Their office is inside 250 West Street North, a redeveloped community building on the former site of Orillia District Collegiate. The County of Simcoe has transformed the space into a shared facility that includes affordable housing, community programs, and several social service offices under one roof. You can learn more about the facility here.
For the tour, please go directly to 250 West Street North and plan to arrive by 4:45 p.m. There is plenty of free parking available in the main parking lot off West Street. When you enter the building, please proceed to the main lobby, where the group will gather and the tour will begin.
