AGM
Marilyn presented 2017-18 Financial Statements.
Note that these statements are for period ended June 30th2018. Thus the 2018 financial results for an event/fundraiser such as Girls’ Night Out cover the event which took place Fall 2017 (at Hawk Ridge), whereas Lobsterfest results cover the most recent event which took place May 2018.
Mario moved that 2017-18 Financials be accepted. Seconded by Nancy

Marilyn presented 2018-19 Charitable and General Budgets.
Jack moved that both budgets as presented be accepted. Seconded by Ralph.

Andrew presented the Nominees for Club Directors.
There were no additional nominations for the floor. Nancy moved that the Nominees be accepted. Seconded by Mario.

Editor’s Note
Subsequent to presentation and acceptance of the Financial Statements, Budgets and Director Nominees it was identified that only 19 members were in attendance and thus there wasn’t quorum (which would require 22 of 66 members).
It was decided that the full membership would again be provided the information by email for acceptance. This was done later the same day (Jan 29th) and by Jan 30th 32 members had responded all in favour, and all motions were carried.
