Captain Jack Sparrow or Harbour Master Allan Lafontaine and his motley crew of pirates claimed the Port of Orillia and forced 13 municipal candidates to Walk The Plank to help raise funds for the Rotary Aqua Theatre.
None of the Mayoral nor the Ward candidates stood a chance as they were each tossed one by one into Lake Couchiching for various crimes of democracy and implementing taxes.
