• Request for cancelations and refunds received two weeks prior to event may be considered by the board of the club. All decisions made by the board / Chair of the event are final. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible – generally less than two weeks. 
  • Refunds will be made in the same currency as payment was received. 
  • All transactions will have an event chairperson identified on the event information page associated with registration. Please contact event chairperson to inquire about your credit card payment or to request a refund.  If response is not received timely, please contact Gerson Vijayan, President of the club, (click on the name to email him) or by phone to 647 289 8907.
Currency. Currency is payable as follows:
  • All events / donations will be processed in Canadian currency through our online merchant account Beanstream in Canadian currency.
