The Ithaca Rotary Club is fortunate to have its archives permanently housed at Cornell University's Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections, which has stored thirty-one  boxes of our history, boxes which include scrapbooks, correspondence, attendance sheets, books, reports, photographs, minutes of meetings, membership records, plaques, tape recordings, pamphlets, bound and unbound issues of The News and Rotary Club News, typed drafts, news clippings, programs, convention proceedings, brochures, certificates, badges and related records.
The records date back to 1914 and include documents up to 2009.

The Ithaca Rotary Club Records (collection #3067) are open to the public during Reading Room hours, currently 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 1:00-5:00pm on Saturdays when the University is in session.  There is a brief registration process for all first-time researchers.  Researchers should contact the archives a few days in advance to let them know of your intended arrival, so they have time to prepare the materials in advance.  Some boxes may be stored off site at the Library Annex, which requires time to transport to our location.
