President Elect John Starnes called the meeting to order at 12:31 welcoming all Rotarians and guests to our meeting and thanking the Casper Youth Orchestra for playing for us and letting us know that they are available for events. He also let us know that President Bill DeGraeve and Denise Prugh are both out of town today and sent their best wishes and a Merry Christmas to all.

 

 

We started off the meeting by introducing all of the family members and guests by sending the microphone from table to table. It was great to see all of the wonderful guests here today.

 

Dennis Lower treated us to a good chuckle and then Rebecca McIntosh Hansen, daughter of Rotarian Mike McIntosh sang “Oh Holy Night” Gary Pehrson then led us in singing Christmas songs to bring Santa Clause into the room for the kids.

 

Today’s program was our annual Christmas Party, Santa Claus came in leading the children around the room and to the Christmas tree in the corner where, with the help of many of the youth, passed out gifts to all of the children and youth who attended the party today. The meeting ended around 1:40 with Santa wishing all a very Merry Christmas. See you all next year!
