Join the Elgin Breakfast Rotary Club at their annual Hogg Roast fundraising and raffle and new officer installation on Thursday, July 12 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Golf Club of Illinois.  Buy a raffle ticket and win a chance at one of 10 cash prizes ranging from $100 - $2,000!  Proceeds from the event benefit the Elgin Breakfast Rotary Club Foundation.
