Speaker Richard Olebe talked about the WASH project in Uganda. WASH stands for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene. The District worked with USAID to construct projects at the Kattabakooki School, Kibaale Town, and Komanshibi North Country. The project was completed in June 2022, and now there is a 75% decline in Cholera and dysentery. A great accomplishment. The government has taken over the project and will maintain it.
