Executive Director Chris Winger
Executive Director Chris Winger has notified the Board of Directors of the need to begin a transition plan for the club and foundation, in anticipation of a change in staff leadership over the next months. Chris states that the Club and Foundation are at a position to move to the next level of excellence with a Centennial celebration in a few years that offers an exciting challenge for future planning. After 7 years as ED, she sees this as a good transition time for the organization, and an opportunity for her to seek new challenges. Having enjoyed the privilege to serve as Executive Director, the time has now come to use her strengths and skills in the further fulfillment of her professional development and career goals. The board has accepted, with regret, the option to plan a transition in leadership, and a search committee has been formed.
The Board of Directors has appointed a search committee. We will inform you when applications will be accepted for the position of Executive Director.
At this time we are requesting an expression of interest from search consultants.
