Dennis Dalton of Western Contract donated time to Club member Mike Gilligan, chairman of the board of the The First Tee of Greater Sacramento.

The First Tee of Greater Sacramento (TFTGS) is a non-profit youth development organization that improves the lives of young people in the greater Sacramento area by strengthening character and teaching life enhancing values thought the game of golf. The First Tee core values include Courtesy, Perserverance, Responsibility, Respect, Honesty, Confidence, Integrity, Sportsmanship, and Judgment. For over 13 years, Sacramento has been one of the leading First Tee chapters in the nation. TFTGS, based at William Land Golf Course, has provided premier programs to thousands of youth in the Sacramento region. Programs, for children 5-17 years old, are run year round.
