Don Baird of Fremont Presbyterian Church
138 years ago the 14th Street Presbyterian Church was organized and renamed Fremont Presbyterian Church when it moved across from Fremont Park.  In 1963 the Church moved to Carlson Drive and H Street, across from CSUS.  We are the largest Presbyterian congregation in central northern California.

Fremont is investing almost $10 million to enlarge and upgrade our facilities which includes a gymnasium and one of the largest pipe organs in the west.  These changes enable Fremont to address the diverse needs of infants to older adults in music, education, exercise, community building and worship.

Fremont is actively involved with Earl Warren School and last summer was the major contributor in keeping Glenn Hall Park pool open.  Today the Rotary Club of Sacramento joined Fremont in providing fresh water to the Shekkacho people of Ethiopia. Our future looks very promising. Check us out at www.fremontpres.org.
