It's accurate Sacramento’s very own Dusty Baker will be our guest on August 4. Dusty’s storied 19-year Major League playing career included playing for the Braves, Dodgers, Giants and A’s. As a player he was an All-Star, Gold Glove winner, National League Championship Series MVP and World Series champion. Following his playing career, Dusty managed the Giants, Cubs, Reds, National and Astros, winning division titles at each stop, culminating with the 2022 World Series Championship with the Astros. The three-time Manager of the Year retired after the 2023 season with 2,183 wins, eighth on the all-time wins list. Dusty now works for the Giants as a Special Advisor to Baseball Operations, owns and operates Baker Family Wines in West Sacramento, and just recently published his memoir “Crossroads: A Memoir in Baseball and Life.” Meeting Highlights
