Join Us for the Rotary Day of Service on Friday, June 14th!

Rotary Clubs around the world have been at the forefront of building awareness, inspiring action, and planning impactful service projects. Now, it's your turn to be part of the movement!

On Friday, June 14th, we invite you to TAKE ACTION and join us for our Rotary Day of Service. With the support of our non-profit members, we've identified three local projects that need your help. Review the information below and use the link to sign up. Let's make a difference together while having a blast!

1. Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento (8 Volunteers)

  • Location: 3555 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95821
  • Project: We're painting four dorm bedrooms to create a brighter, more welcoming space for the kids.
  • What to Bring: Come dressed to paint! If you have extra drop cloths or paint rollers, please bring them.

2. CLARA Studios (5-10 volunteers)

  • Location: 2420 N Street, Sacramento, CA 95816
  • Project: Help us with property beautification. We'll be putting the finishing touches on interior and exterior paint work for their newest public space, the Annex. We'll also beautify the Annex courtyard by installing string lights and planters.
  • What to Bring: Come dressed to plant and paint! If you have kneepads, bring them. Kneeling, stooping, reaching, and climbing may be necessary.

3. Volunteers of America (5-7 Volunteers)

  • Location: X Street Navigation Center
  • Project: Our healing garden needs some TLC. We'll be planting, painting pots, and interacting with some residents.
  • What to Bring: Come dressed to play in the dirt! If you can, please bring potting soil and a couple of ceramic pots. Some will be available on site but the more the better.

Each location will kick off their project at 12 pm and will be completed no later than 4 pm.
