Presious Ramirez | YIP & Napa State Hospital

We invite you to join us on Tuesday, March 24 for a meaningful and engaging meeting featuring Precious Ramirez, Clinical Social Worker at Napa State Hospital and former Rotary Club of Sacramento Youth Incentive Program (YIP) student.

Her presentation, “The Impact of Social Work in Mental Health Care,” will explore her journey into clinical social work and the vital role social workers play in supporting mental health, along with reflections on how Rotary helped shape her path.

We will also provide a brief Youth Incentive Program (YIP) update. YIP is a mentorship program in which a high school freshman is paired with a Rotarian mentor who supports the student throughout high school and into college, culminating in a college scholarship.
