Have you heard about Street Soccer USA, a national organization with the mission "To fight poverty and strengthen communities through soccer"? Learn more from Lisa Wrightsman, the Managing Director for Street Soccer USA in Sacramento. This non-profit not only encourages people to play soccer but also helps them turn their lives around. Street Soccer USA is proud to bring the Homeless World Cup to the United States for the first time in its history in 2023.
The inspiring story of Homeless World Cup will be featured on Netflix. THE BEAUTIFUL GAME LAUNCHES GLOBALLY ON NETFLIX ON 29TH MARCH 2024 — Homeless World Cup.
The meeting will begin with a wine reception at 11:45 am, allowing attendees to network and socialize. This will be followed by the formal club meeting that begins promptly at 12:10 pm.
Members MUST RSVP to attend. If you plan to bring guests, please indicate the number of guests accompanying you. This will allow us to arrange adequate seating and catering. Additionally, if you have any dietary restrictions, such as being vegetarian, please inform us in advance by sending and email (info@rotarysacramento.com) so that we can accommodate your needs.
Please note that the meeting fee is $30 per attendee. We do not accept cash payments. Meeting fees will be invoiced, and we accept payment via credit cards and checks.
