Part-time baseball umpire and full-time residential mortgage broker Mik Miklaus will be our guest speaker for next Tuesday’s Rotary Club of Sacramento meeting, at noon at the Annunciation Church. Originally in the lineup for an early March speech, Mik gamely stepped up to pinch-hit for former CHP Commissioner Amanda Ray, who retired at the end of December and canceled her appearance. A long-time member of our club, Mik will catch us up on residential real estate trends and toss out some thoughts on what to expect in the months ahead.
