Please join us for a Parkway clean-up at the Rotary Club of Sacramento Mile 0, located at Discovery Park. And enjoy a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time outdoors while making a positive impact on our community alongside your fellow Rotarians. Please arrive at 8:45am to sign in and receive a safety briefing. We will head out to clean by 9:00 a.m.
Volunteers 17 and under Youth Waiver with a parent or legal guardian signature. Volunteers 18 and over please completed and signed Adult Waiver.
Rotary Club of Sacramento will provide tools, gloves, and trash bags.
What to wear: sturdy/comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat, long pants, long-sleeves, gloves, & sunscreen.
What to bring: Water and sunscreen! Take breaks & learn the signs of heat exhaustion. You can also bring your own trash grabber.
Parking: Please park by the boat launch area. Free volunteer parking passes will be provided.
Meeting location: Mile 0 trail head located by the boat launch parking lot.
