  meeting will begin with a wine reception at 11:45 am\, allowing attendees
  to network and socialize. This will be followed by the formal club meetin
 g that begins promptly at 12:10 pm. To help us ensure that everything runs
  smoothly\, we request that you RSVP for yourself. If you plan to bring gu
 ests\, please indicate the number of guests accompanying you. This will al
 low us to arrange adequate seating and catering. Additionally\, if you hav
 e any dietary restrictions\, such as being vegetarian\, please inform us i
