 e Program (YIP) student. Her presentation\, “The Impact of Social Work i
 n Mental Health Care\,” will explore her journey into clinical social wo
 rk and the vital role social workers play in supporting mental health\, al
 ong with reflections on how Rotary helped shape her path. We will also pro
 vide a brief Youth Incentive Program (YIP) update. YIP is a mentorship pro
 gram in which a high school freshman is paired with a Rotarian mentor who 
 supports the student throughout high school and into college\, culminating
