Join us on Tuesday\, April 9th\, 2024 for an enlightening meeting with James Richardson\, an Episcopal priest\, former Senior Write r with The Sacramento Bee\, and accomplished author\, as he shares the cap tivating journey of his families abolitionist legacy. \; James Richardson is the author of "\;The Abolistionist'\;s Journal: Memories of an America n Antislavery Family"\; and "\;Willie Brown: A biography"\;.
\n\nThe meeting will begin with a wine reception at 11:45 am\, allowing attendees to network and socialize. This will be followed by the formal cl ub meeting that begins promptly at 12:10 pm.\n\n
To help us ensure that every thing runs smoothly\, we request that you RSVP for yourse lf. If you plan to bring guests\, please indicate the number of guests acc ompanying you. This will allow us to arrange adequate seating and catering . Additionally\, if you have any dietary restrictions\, such as being vege tarian\, please inform us in advance so that we can accommodate your needs .
