Introduction to his new role

Council Member Roger Gaylord III was elected to the Folsom City Council in November 2016.  Roger is proud to call Folsom home, and has been a resident for 24 years.  Roger is very active in the community and has established several grassroots community charity organizations. He has served on the City of Folsom Utility Commission since 2012. Professionally, Roger is a national security consultant, providing loss prevention and asset protection solutions to retail businesses, government agencies and higher education institutions.  His educational background is in criminal justice and he is a Folsom High School graduate. Roger is a dedicated family man, raising two children with his wife. Roger’s children both attend schools in the Folsom Cordova Unified School District. Roger is steadfast about making sure he is accessible for the residents and businesses of Folsom.
