This Week's Lunch Menu:  Mild Italian sausage topped with oven roasted peppers, onions and parmesan cheese, roasted red skin parsley potatoes, salad/dressing, ciabatta rolls and butter.  Vegetarian option: grilled veggie and hummus wrap.
