Purpose: Focus on the importance of empowering neighborhood residents to improve and shape the physical, social and economic infrastructure of their neighborhood.

Philip Star: Director, Center for Neighborhood Development, Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland State University, will discuss techniques residents can use to empower themselves to improve their  neighborhoods.
