- Donations can be made to the Samuel Hooker Growth and Eduction Fund, with envelope on table.
- Glenn will send an email to all members regarding the Warrnambool East Rotary’s Hole in One. The club is again holding the competition and is requiring manpower assistance as per in the past.
- Terry O”Neill:
- The Car Raffle roster has been posted to all members. Please check, and make adjustments regarding availability and replacements.
- Tony Austin:
- Refer to email sent out earlier regarding purchasing your xmas ham, turkey, pudding from Geelong Rotary. Geelong Rotary is our partner in New Guinea so it would be good to help them. Orders close next Tuesday.
- Rachel Furnell:
- RYLA applicants are required. If know of anyone please see myself or Glenn. Closes soon.

- Re raffle tickets, please get them in, sold and replaced

- Oh what a life I am having. What with training for Surfing Bronze Medallion, Shooting with Mal, (6 clays/75 shots), meeting up with exchange students in Swan Hill, and the Safari coming up on March 28 to April 18 next year, and of course trivia with George, plus the Jericho Cup meeting, life can’t be better – How good is Warrnambool! Just ask Joey.

Fines: John Hunt – just about everyone got caught for a misdemeanour. Graeme Ward, Chairman, introduced our speaker Anthony Leddin. Anthony is involved with Plant Breeders without Borders, and recently came back from a successful trip to Nepal. Anthony thanked members for their donation, which helped to provide essential equipment to assist with the program in Nepal. Robbies Swindle: Aiisha picked up $6. (Probably enough for an ice cream at Brunetti’s on the weekend. Stand in President Anne suggested we don’t do a Chris Cringle this year but instead make biscuits to be distributed to members. As well Joey will make some German biscuits/cakes. All monies raised will go to Joey’s fund raiser, ‘Lift the Lid’. Anne also thanked Anthony for informative talk. Meeting closed @ 7:40pm |
