We welcomed Rotarians Noel and Rose Howard who are members of Hamilton Rotary Club and farmers at Glenthompson.
Noel is the Chairman of the District RAWCS Committee.  He gave an update on the response to the district's drought relief program.  He also reported on the Rotary restructure trial as part of his role as the Coast Group Community Leader.
We were also pleased to welcome Kayla Blender to our meeting again.
Thank you to Tony Austin for his work organising us for the show gates and thank you to everyone who helped on the day.Secretary Chris reminded us that the AGM notice has been circulated to all members and that we need to have nominations for all office bearer and board positions for the night.
Please consider making yourself available or nominating someone .  The AGM is always a quick but very important meeting for our Club.

The cost for the meal is $25.  BYO Drinks and $5 for the Sweep which will be run by Terry.
