Anne's Message

Congratulations and thank you to Svet, Ann and Kelly, for a lovely program on Tuesday night.

We were reminded how important connection is for our mental health and that it is important to watch out for each other. It was good to welcome Ann and Andrew Body. prospective new members to our meeting.

We had apologies from Tony Austin, Graeme Ward, Brian Trenery, Robbie Blackmore, Leon De Villiers, Ian Cairns, Rachel Furnell, and Chris Stebbing. I have now sold 6 tickets for the film night. If you want tickets, please let me know and I will get some for you.
Thank you to the members who have volunteered for helping the Warrnambool Athletics Club.

Next Tuesday we will have to decide on the Regionalisation Project. There has been quite a lot of information sent out to members. Please have a look at it and if you have questions let me know and I will try and get answers.

I hope you R-OK

Membership Moment
There are many ways to celebrate membership and here are several activities you can do to be involved.

1. Say thanks to our fellow members and other participants for being People of Action and appreciating all the work they do in local and international communities.
2. Encourage prospective members and other participants to get involved by inviting them to a project or event.
3. Identify ways to make our Rotary experience even more engaging and inclusive by asking current and prospective member what they think about the importance of care and comfort within the club
4. Make your new members feel welcome by helping to create a new member orientation program. Research shows that the more information/engagement a new member has from the beginning of the Rotary journey, the longer they stay.
5. Commit to making membership one of your priorities. Goals don’t need to be complicated but they are something to aim for.

Welcome to Spring!

Have you taken a trip down to Logan's Beach lately to see the Whales? Or through Tower Hill to see the wildlife? Even Hopkins Falls is stunning on a sunny day!
