Congratulations to Tony Austin who received international recognition for his PNG humanitarian work. DG Lesley Shedden attended the event to present Tony with the 'Service Above Self' award.
"The Service Above Self Award is Rotary International's highest individual honour for Rotarians. It recognizes Rotarians and Rotaractors who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to humanitarian service through Rotary, emphasizing personal volunteer efforts and active involvement in helping others. The award is internationally competitive, with a limit of 150 recipients worldwide each year, and no more than one recipient from each district"
