Dinner Meeting -Motor Show Prep & Member Induction

This Monday evening, 6th February, we will be hearing about all things Motor Show related over dinner at Kithbrooke Park.

Our Motor Show Committee will be outling plans for the event, rostering requirements and other volunteer tasks required.

Please make yourself available for the evening, with such important information being discussed for our club's marquee event for the year.

We will also be officially inducting our friend Garth Symington into the Rotary Club of Torquay.

We would like as many members as possible present to warmly welcome him.into our club.

Feel free to bring your partners and guests, but be sure to Register them as well.

Please advise any special dietary requirements in your RSVP

Cost for Dinner will be $30/head which can be paid in advance by EFT, or by EFTPOS or cash on the night.

Drinks will be at the very reasonable usual Kithbrooke bar prices.

Please note our RSVP cut-off time is 3pm on the Friday 3rd February.
