Meeting 2856 was held at Macs Hotel.

Neville provided an update from the Reidy Park Sports Day where the van sold out of the 72 pans for a net profit of $1,290. Huge thank you to Brian, Michale and Flynn for running the van at the event. It was noted future events should have a minimum of 4 volunteers in the van.

The van will next operate at the Christmas Carols and Speedway.

David advised we were unsuccessful in our bid to cater for the technical college.

David also represented the club at the parade presentation meeting. The Club received a special thanks for our contribution.

Christmas Float Report

We offer a huge Thank you to Mount Gambier Bus Lines for providing the float with a temporary home and full medical. Unfortunately, they have uncovered several issues including a clogged fuel filter, rotten radiator, rust and perished rubber fittings.

The Board will continue to work with Mount Gambier Bus Lines as we decide on next steps.
