Hi Team,

Another good meeting this week, followed by a productive board meeting, so all in all a good week. We've rolled out our rotating member talks and Seargeant position, so everyone should know when they need to step into the breach! The Member talks and Seargeant roster will be included in the Bulletin going forward, so we can keep track of where we are. However we did make a decision regarding the Seargeant's sessions at the meeting which was ratified by the board. It was decided that a nominal figure would be added to the annual club subs to cover the sessions, so there is now no pressure for the Seargeant to raise funds they just have to come up with a entertaining session for the club each week, which I'm really looking forward to see getting underway.

Matt Dixson spoke about the early planning that is underway for this years party in the park, which he has well and truly in hand, he is however looking for someone to take responsibility for the Rotary float this year, so if you're able to assist in this role please let him know directly.

Don't forget, we are not at Macs next week, as we've changed to Wednesday night to attend the latest UniSA lecture, A Place in the Sun? Australia's regions and place-based policy by Professor Andrew Beer

Hope to see you all there for a free drink and an egg sandwich.... or two.
Vale Jennie Sanderson
