It's in the Bag
It's in the Bag is the Christmas Campaign for Share the Dignity.  Handbags with essential items for women can be donated at the entrance at Bunnings Colac Store.  It's in the Bag runs from 15th November until 1st December 2024.
There are three types of bags (examples pictured below) that can be donated: Adult Bag (over 18), Teen Bag/Backpack and Mum & Bub bags.
Women in crisis will put the needs of others before themselves whatever the time of year.  At Share the Dignity they wanted to do something that would give these women a little happiness at Christmas.
Members will collect the donated handbags and they will be checked and given to Welfare agencies in Colac.
