Girl Scouts Sidney Baird, Catie Norman and Brianna Blamer are seen with Girl Scout Troop 20340 Leader Bev Blamerat a recent Fremont Rotary Club meeting. The girls explained their Gold Award project which is comparable to the Boy Scouts Eagle Award. Their project is the Walking Art Tour that took place July 28 in collaboration with the Newaygo County Council of the Arts. Copies of the troop’s self-guided art booklet are available at various Fremont businesses.
