At our last meeting, held in our Community Orchard the Club was pleasantly surprised by a visit by AG Lana Eagle. An on-going project of Cumberland Centennial is the rehabilitation of century-old apple orchard in the oldest art of Cumberland. Trees have been "sold" to families keen to support us and plaques bearing their names have been erected by their trees. A commemorative bench was added in 2009. Visited on a regular basis by citizens and wild life, our club regularly organizes work parties to maintain this wonderful gift to the citizens of Cumberland from Cumberland Centennial Rotary Club.
