CUMBERLAND ROTARIANS SUPPORT MOBILE LIBRARY PROJECT IN MEXICO
Dave Stevens presents a cheque from the Rotary Club of Cumberland Centennial to Club Rotario Bahia de Jaltemba, LaPenita. Left to right is Club President Carlos, Kathy Hankins of Stetler Rotary Club, Sydney Richomond - Champion of the bookmobile program and Dave Stevens on the far right. This program is for kindergaten children aged 3,4 & 5 i which Hema, the licensed teacher goes to 2 schools a day. There are 10 schools in total involved in this program. The money donated goes to buy books and some craft and writing materials.
