Official Opening of Cumberland Playground

At 11:00 AM on a snowy Saturday, 22 February, our MLA Don McRae, Mayor Leslie Baird, Club President Kim Sleno, members of the community and the club gathered to witness the official cutting of a handmade ribbon created by the students at Cumberland Elementary School. To make this project a reality, the club partnered with the Village of Cumberland and contributed $110,000 to create an universally accessible playground complete with a zip line in the Village Park.
