Dave Mellin and Greg Sawchuck, Directors of Forbidden Plateau Reclamation Society visited our Club on August 14th with an extremely interesting presentation outlining all the work being done to return the old ski hill site back to nature. It is amazing how much work has been accomplished to date. There is still the gargantuan task of removing the towers. Our hats go off to the Society and their volunteers for making the site safer.
