Ryan Thorburn will be off to Mexico with 2nd Firetruck
International Director, Dave Stevens presents a cheque for $500 to support Ryan's trip to El Tuito, Mexico to deliver a firetruck. The truck was a trade in from the Courtenay Fire Department to Brian McLean Chevrolet dealership. The dealership in turn donated the truck to be transported to Mexico. Ryan will be approaching other Rotary Clubs in the valley for donations as well. The truck needs new tires and funds are required for gas and lodging en route to El Tuito. Ryan will also be checking on our previous projects in El Tuito.
