Community Services Director Linda Oprica presents a cheque to Village Bylaw  Enforcement Officer, James Abrams.  The money will be used to preserve cougar and bear pelts used in the kits.  “Education kits are a great tool to engage the general public and specifically primary-aged school children.  The kits have eye catching and interesting material which helps the educator deliver general biology information and, more importantly, safety messages such as to what to do when encountering wildlife to stay safe, how not to attract wildlife, and what to do if an altercation happens.”
