Community Schools Adam Kuzma  
 
At the regular weekly meeting we had an excellent attendance for the monthly club assembly.
 
Guest Adam Kuzma from the Cumberland Community Schools, spoke on the increase in school meals 800 to over 1400 a year. They are looking for more funding above what they already receive from School District #71 and others.  He thanked the Rotary Club of Cumberland Centennial for their contribution that goes a long way to feed the children.
 
A Paul Harris Pin was presented to Secretary Sharon MacDonald for attaining 1000 points of contribution to the foundation.
 
Linda Oprica updated the meeting on the progress with Christmas hamper and the social evening planned for December 8 at the Cumberland Legion. Don’t forget it is a potluck and reversed item presents.. (No morning meeting).
 
E.D.A.S. founder,  Chantal Stefan gave a very interesting talk on the structure and work they are doing this holiday season.
 
Keith brought the meeting up to date on the bench for the orchard in memory of Stefan.
 
Updates on the Road to Recreation & Bear Aware progress were received. President John asked for interest on a couple of spring social projects -
Trivia Night and Club Darage Sale.
