The Rotary Club of Bracebridge is happy to announce Chase the Ace Muskoka is here again!
Chase the Ace is a form of lottery that has gained popularity since 2013 in parts of Canada to raise funds for charities. Each week participants buy tickets. A ticket is drawn each week the winner receives a percentage of the weekly sales. The winner also then draws a card from a standard deck of playing cards. If the ace of spades is drawn that weekly winner wins the accumulated jackpot. If not, the reduced deck (minus the cards drawn in search of the ace) is kept for the following week's game. Once the ace is drawn the game is over.
As always, our lottery fundraising revenue will be kept in our community. We are very excited about the possible revenue it will generate and the community projects that will be supporting.
How to Play
View a graphic outline here on how to play. Fill out your name and contact information when you purchase your tickets. You will also indicate which envelope you think the Ace will be found. If your name is drawn you will win the weekly cash prize. If the envelope number you indicated on your winning ticket contains the Ace of Spades, you will win the additional Jackpot. If the envelope number you indicated on your winning ticket does not have the Ace Spades, that envelope is removed, for the following weeks draw.
Also view our video for an outline on how the game works.
Tickets
The weekly draw tickets are sold in packs of 3 for $10.00.
Tickets are available at the following locations until 3 pm on the day of the draw. On the day of the draw tickets can be purchased from 1 pm until 6:30 p.m. at the Rotary Centre for Youth, 131 Wellingon Street. Bracebridge.
