Virtual Dinner Meeting

I hope you have been enjoying our virtual meetings. I am sure you have been missing our breakfast meetings. The board members thought a virtual dinner might be another fun way to stay connected and support local!

The plan is simple, we eat, support local, we laugh and stay connected. In supporting Local we have coordinated a custom dinner menu with Hooligan's (please see attached). Hooligan's is a great supporter of our club events and what an great way to support them during these challenging times.

The menu options are as follows:

Option #1 - Smoked Chicken Penne

Option #2 - Pulled Pork Tacos

Option #3 - South Beach Salad

When you register online please note in the comments section which Option 1, 2, or 3 you choose. All meals come with dessert and Rotary beer.

The cost (per meal) will be covered by one of your weekly meal charges. Should you choose to select an additional meal to be added to the order, a second weekly meal charge will be used (1 meal = 1 weekly meal charge, 2 meal =  2 weekly meal charges).  Please note there will be a limit of 2 meals per member. If you choose to order additional meals please contact Adam Smith at Hooligans directly to place your additional orders & provide payment by May 7. Please ensure when you call you note these additional meals are to be delivered/picked up as part of the Kempenfelt Rotary Virtual Meeting.

Meals will be ready for pick up between 5:30pm - 6:30pm on May 13 at Hooligan's. Ideally if everyone can pick up their meals or coordinate with a fellow Rotarian that would be helpful for Hooligan's to manage our large order. If you are unable to pick up your meal please email me directly at slymca@icloud.com .

For those members who may not reside in the Barrie area and would like to participate please contact me directly to discuss alternate options.
