Minnesota Private College Fund

Roshandra Brown is the Director of Development and Scholarship Programs at the Minnesota Private College Fund, where she leads efforts to increase college access and completion for underrepresented students through strategic fundraising, scholarship management, and leadership development initiatives. With a strong background in education equity and systems change, Roshandra has worked across sectors, from philanthropy to workforce development, removing barriers and expanding opportunity. She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Affairs at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where she was recently honored with the Gary M. DeCramer Public Leadership Award for her commitment to ethical, inclusive leadership.
