Welcome

This long-term project sponsors cataract and other eye surgeries for low-income residents of San Felipe, Mexico, a small fishing village about 100 miles south of the U.S. border. The program has made a life-changing difference for nearly 150 blind or near-blind patients, their families, and the entire community. Spearheaded by Jean Westberg, Minneapolis University Rotary Club, the project has support from Minnesota, California, and Mexico clubs and a generous global grant from Rotary International.
