Last week, President Royce had the honor of inducting our third new member of the year, Rick Legon. Rick and his wife Fran upon their retirement have chosen to spend half of their year in Missoula, with the other half spent in Virginia. Rick is the former President of the Association of Governing Boards. He looks forward to continuing his community involvement through Rotary in Missoula. Welcome Rick!
