Heather Howlett, Club President of the Rotary Club of Bigfork, accepted the honor and plaque on behalf of the club as the Montana Rotary Club of the Year for 2015-2016!  The club also earned Governor Spath's citation.  The honors were presented at the April District Assembly.  Woo-Hoo!
